C'est bon le vin. Wine is good. Even Gabriel Mallier, age 12, knows it's true. His dad, Frederick, is the winemaker at Château de la Vieille Chapelle, on the banks of the Dordogne River. The wine in this particular bottle, made from century-old bouchalès vines (an obscure variety similar to merlot), is reserved for friends and family.
