Here's Aaron Strozyk, who shucks shigokus and serves up oyster stew within sight of the Peace Arch in Blaine. His "oyster shack" overlooks has its own oyster beds in Drayton Bay, just below the bluff.. It uised to be known as the Drayton Harbor Community Oyster Farm; now it sells oysters at the narrow storefront in Blaine and wholesales to other buyers, including Seattle-based Taylor Shellfish.
