At the north end of the Pike Place Market is a board most people don't see: a map of the market stalls. Vendors (over 200 crafts people on a good day, plus dozens of farmers and flower-growers) put their names on a sign-in sheet. At precisely 9 AM a bell is rung, the roll is called, and the Market Master calls the roll.
This morning they called on a guest-bell-ringer (yours truly), and Daystall manager David Dickinson`acted as Master. Thanks to Chuck Saul for the ringing photo! Then breakfast.at The Athenian. With pancakes, just because.
